Agree Falsehoods Must Be Called Out

I have been following this case, as I am sure many investors have when a company you have invested in has anywhere near it the word bankruptcy.

I have since read the links and the court documents and it does appear to be something of a witch hunt. I will be happy when all this disparity is a thing of the past and we can focus on what the company is doing and where it is going.
