A stupid idea, IMO. I'm hoping that most of the rumors going around right now is from speculation by those who are not qualified to do so.
By the way, the rumor about a 64-bit addon to Tejas is equally idiotic. Intel would basically be handing out a solution that's demonstratably inferior to AMD's. How would that be a good business move?
Lot's of silly ideas out there. I bet most or all of them don't end up coming true.
