Patently false, or the 8K was.

It wasn't and cannot be a reverse merger unless 100% of the furniture store was acquired.
They cannot "keep" 100% of the revenue or profit from the furniture store, the 42% minority interest will be deducted.

This nails down whether it is a scam or not, as it clearly is.
