OTCQB & OTCQX Requirements Regarding VYST...

I believe before we see VYST go the NASDAQ, I believe we will see them first conquer getting to the OTCQB, then the OTCQX, and then the NASDAQ.

First, I believe VYST will graduate to exist on the OTCQB as those requirements are below:
