If true, it's not surprising at all.

The August 15th date was always a speculation. Based on previous reports, it could be anywhere from the 15-21st. And if the deal is still being pulled together in anticipation of the 19th- no surprise whatsoever.

Also, keep in mind that they don't have to release info on the exact date. A few days swing here and there is allowed and not unusual whatsoever.

We COULD see a filing in the next day or even next week. We could see everything on Monday... or it could be later next week.

Temper and manage your expectations. All signs point to the deal being done and everything going according to plan. If it does, then there's no problem whatsoever and who cares if we hear about it on Monday or Wednesday or Thursday, etc...
