When I spoke with him on the phone 3 days ago I asked him what year he graduated and he told me his attorney advised him he couldn’t answer that. Then he said it was against SEC standards or something like that. I chuckled and told him it was not a material fact about the company and not against any laws. He frustratingly said it was and then said he is releasing a statement within 72hours addressing the article and his plans to litigate. He said, how do I say, hmm he said it like a child who got in trouble and was quickly trying to think of a defense. I was very disappointed after I spoke with him. He did not seem like the person in the TV interview, at all. He also said to email him the request for his graduation date as that makes it “legal” and to include my handle and full name.
