Looks that way. Actually as has already been pointed out, they are both correct.

The WS is right about the land, because SLJB never bought the land only the business.

Steve is right about the business, because SLJB never bought the land only the business.


Who is more wrong at this point? I would tend to lean towards the WS as not having complete verified information about the business acquisition.
