There are tons of issues to consider, including selective disclosure, confidentiality agreements, and basic business and common sense. You may be an investor or a customer, but that doesn't obligate a company to cater to every request you make. If you feel they're unresponsive, vague, dishonest, or whatever, you're free to sell your shares. Personally, if I see them start responding to message boards, I'll sell my shares.

Besides, do you really trust anything you read here enough to base an investment decision on? If you have a question for a company, ASK THE COMPANY! Why is this so hard for some people to figure out?
