1Q-2019 financials indicate that Hagen owned 20,742 preferred shares while Taeib owned 13,547 preferred shares; therefore Hagen owned 60.5% and Taeib owned 39.5%.
Also the last conversion rate was one (1) preferred converts to 70,071 common shares which mean Hagen’s shares converts to 1,453,412,682 common shares. There are 700,706,621 common shares outstanding.
I am hoping that once the dust settles the TOTAL number of shares is greatly reduced via a different conversion factor and/or shares retired.
Taeib’s preferred under the above converts to 949,251,837 common shares (about 250,000,000 shares greater than the total common shares outstanding).
If we were acquired today there would be greater than 3 billion shares!!!
