It is, people stepping out others stepping in, no need to chase, etc, just a leisurely walk up into the hills.

Cannot have it just go straight up need to lose some traders along the way and add others, short coverers, long adders, tute adders just a buffet style lunch.

DC Captitol Advisors just filed 13F the 1 million share position they started in Q1 they held through the RS, I would imagine they are adding a tad, IMHO they all are they are all deep in the red, only makes sense.

Gonna be a great August/September/October/November/December watch.
