This has all been discussed many times and not only has the dilution been expected, the price has continued to uptrend with the diluter sitting on the Ask.

If someone is fearful of dilution, they should stay away from the penny market, cause the majority of the 10,000+ penny stocks are diluting, constantly... Its all about the DOLLAR VOLUME coming in to counter it = supply/demand

Only fools let a little dilution scare them out of a nice scenario, esp when the topic has been openly discussed and there are no surprises. How many BILLIONS of shares did it take Apple to become the largest company? It takes money to make more of it

I dont know if this company will make it or not long term, but i know how to read the chart/story/timing/momo and this is a time to be in it. IMO $X,XXX,XXX volume days are coming, possible as soon as tomorrow.
