Where in the SEC suspension notice is the word FRAUD used?
Its not there, period.
The SEC has not charged ADVT with fraud.
There is only an ASSUMPTION of fraud, based on interpretation of wording that does not specifically mention fraud.
So any accusations of fraud are just speculation and opinion.
It's really not that hard to understand...
