The $430.8M figure above is simply the net current assets on the 6/30/19 balance sheet (https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1177648/000156459019031249/enta-10q_20190630.htm page 3).

(Unlike prior balance sheets, ENTA no longer owns marketable securities designated as non-current assets, i.e. bonds with a maturity of >1 year.)
