May be a good candidate for a reverse merger. There is just so much info not available on this one i'm not sure. I would like to know the authorized shares here....we saw in a news release from buyins as of just last month the O/S was 12k. That just cannot be right. I also do not like the fact that there is absolutely no contact info to be found from a company that has supposedly been around since 1979 and is a commercial loan type company. You'd think for the line of business they are in you'd be able to find contact info. I will keep an eye on this one and look for more info when I have time, but looks fishy to be honest.
