No, that's the problem when you have people saying "what have they been doing all these years?" Then fail to recognize that the years were getting into the place and once given the green light to be there, they have basically accomplished all this in a little over a year (Since May of last year's Granting of the Biz License to Operate in Vietnam)!

So much time is spent purposely trying to point out what is being done wrong that it obscures the fact so much is being done right!
