I agree, with the exchange of conversation you are talking about. Jon did say he was "targeting" Q3 or Q4.

The part I am referring to was later in the conversation. When Kim said if Jon was able to get the Q3 or Q4, "target". If Jon meets that, then he has exceeded my expectations.
