You have a point there, it would be a conservative move, but if the sales are completed as outlined in the PR then that would be substantial revenues, they surely will pay much more per share after the fact, especially percentage wise.

To each his own applies here. No wrong, no right, just different strategies in the risk/reward sliding scale.
