This is the only issue I will disagree with Mark on..

That it is simply profit taking, the BLATANT manipulation the past couple of weeks is easily visible for anyone who bothers to take a look..and I doubt Mark has the time or the desire to monitor the trading action via L2..

This is how the world works people, it's ugly, the rich use their money and influence to make even more money..by robbing small timers, like you, those that don't think there's tomfoolery afoot..

"The recently filed S-1 was just an amended copy of the previous S-1 filed in June. Some investors mistakenly thought that was a new equity offering, but it was just the registration of the shares from the previous recap activity. So,that was just paperwork and none of those shares have been sold in the open market. There is no insider selling and there are no new shares, so the recent selling is simply profit taking.
