Very interesting comments on Stockhouse about Fiore fair value calculations

https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.f&postid=29989755

POPG at $1450 ..Strong Earnings Gain ahead
Fiore earned $2.0 m US in Q2 at an average gold price of $1305 per oz.

Sales were 10,800 oz which at $1450 would add another $1.6 m US to Q2 net earnings.

ie net earnings would have been $3.6 m USD or abour $4.8 m in cad about $0.050 per share or about $0.20 per share on an annual basis.

With a strong growth profile, the current peer P/E multiple is 20 times for microcap gold producers.

Fair value becomes $4 per share @ $1450 POG.

Its probable that POG will keep rising in the months ahead,. as the FED continues to lower interest rates to make the USD cheaper as an aid to US exports.

Im not a gold bug, yet, I do see POG rising to its former highs of $1800 per oz some time in the next 6-12 months.

I was there then and its a great time to get a 5 bagger or 10 bagger, as gold stocks have all but been forgotten in thhe past 4-5 years.
