Amazon's relationship with FedEx is mutually exclusive of SPRV. Hell, the relationship is mutually exclusive, when compared the all the other last mile delivery contractors. SPRV only services 6 of Amazon's more than 400 Flex delivery locations and these 6 locations are being serviced on a "non-exclusive" basis! Even if Lil Rod could somehow captures all of the FedEx business in the 6 SPRV serviced locations, the business increase would amount to less than peanuts! Of course SPRV has no chance of "beating" the competition for 100% of the business and competition includes AMAZON ITSELF, plus UPS, the USPS, and a myriad of other larger players, like its lawsuit co-defendant TForce Final Mile!
Breaking: Fed-Ex severed ties with Amazon. This could be our moment.
SPRV is being hammered by two major issues!
Amazon, SPRV's only customer, is building out its own logistics network, which already handles 45% of Amazon's last mile deliveries, and On Courier 365 is a named co-defendant in an ongoing U.S. Department of Labor's class-action lawsuit, which is driven by accusations of violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Either or both of these happenings obviously represent the potential END for SPRV and its investors!
