I like the idea that the LOI was extended so that PCTL could do superbly well at the product showing this week and gain a stronger position on the negotiating table. Would you wait through a few extra days of relative sideways trading if it meant when the 8k dropped it would be all the better?

It's just an optimistic theory, but it seems likely to be the case in my eyes.
