Got the lowdown from the same source that told me about the discovery in Brazil before it was disclosed. Getting one of the brothers subpoenaed was huge as he was being very dodgy. Gdsi s position is getting stronger each passing day. Gdsi will end up with partial ownership of Rontan. Getting motion to dismiss denied has been a huge blow to Rontan and they know it.
