RD Articles on seekingalpha may be reliable or quite the opposite. I recently bought a stake in a company that had a very negative write-up there.

This artice was written 4 years ago. The company had not totally stopped communicating with the owners of its shares then if I remember correctly. You have yourself suggested that the current listing may be discontinued any time. How will the provincial authorities communicate with shareholders if that happens? I reiterate: I suggest we agree to disagree on the topic we disagree on.
