Ask yourselves - why would Global Stem Cells Group involve themselves into a pump and dump scam? Why would they sacrifice their public reputation over a million or 2 million dollars in a share selling scam? That would destroy their hopes of going public successfully with growth in the future and get themselves into a scandal that is definitely not worth the couple million at most to be made in diluting shares. Novas has been promoting this merger publicly on Twitter which can get company officials in legal trouble if found to be collusion or fraud. Also its been posted all ovee their website since its announcement. Again no company with 100+ million in revs annually with huge YOY growth would involve themselves in that type of scandal and destroy their PR. This is very simply logic.
