Dunno. The long term trend line it is hitting is so long term I don't like to use it. The stock could be a great buy right here, or they could cut the dividend and it could fall much further.
While I am prone to say it surely must be a decent buy here based on price and dividend, I'm not sure I'm ready to take the plunge.
I do like the idea of 4% dividend while waiting for recovery.

Just my opinion, of course.
