I bet it really says the SeaSearcher will be used for commerce and the application was submitted May 15th, but I cannot get to the root link.

I have submitted a few of these in my days. If memory serves me correctly, applicants do not tell the USPTO commercial dates. You do need to tell them how the product will be used.

Would you post the link origin that has your description?
