That is not possible. The shares have to be registered somewhere. Which means they have to be converted to OTC (because there is nothing else).

So the question remains whether Avanza will force-sell your shares. They said so in an official release on friday. But you have to wonder. Who are you/they going to sell the shares to??? The stock could theoretically drop to zero.
