Your right, insiders taking bulk of shares down. If Dominion goes to mine NA property maybe that could generate cash but that too would be a ways out in the future. They did wait until after they announced intersection of Kimberlite BEFORE the last PP.
I remember the days of the first discoveries where kimberlite intersections would send a stock flying....I think this went down!
