Anyone believing this short volume garbage shouldn't be playing in this market. If they're too lazy to do the easy research, they deserve to be led to the slaughter. If they're too stupid to be able to understand what they read, they should be under someone's care. Preferably, a mental health person.

A very long time ago, I called Finra and the lady I got was nice enough to put me in touch with one of their lawyers who cleared up the mechanics for me. Anyone can do the same if they care to. I highly suggest it so that they aren't misled by simply accepting whatever silly nonsense they read on message boards.
