It is my opinion CEO Edwin breached his fiduciary duty to shareholders by withholding finance news until all the corrupt convertible debt holders can convert at ridiculous cheap prices thereby screwing over shareholders with his dodgy back door agreement with them. This scumbag should be investigated by SEC and any other authorities and given jail time. All imho.
