Looking at filing and what OTCmarkets shows, there seems to be an error with float.

When they made a bunch of filings in April and year end 2008 showed:

Shares in the float
7,846,055

Then in year end 2009 they showed:

Shares in the float
7,8477,055

So the comma error continued all the way to latest filing. Somehow otcmarkets and their TA turned that into 78,477,055

Given all the insider ownership also shown for period ending June 30th 2019, float should be 7,846,055, not 78,477,055
