Personally, I don't have the sympathy for shareholders ....

as you do. Greed was a HUGE part of the SLJB crowd. Many (IMO) deserved what they got. What boggles my mind even more is there are a tremendous amount of folks that continued buying into this scam after the 15th. This will cause a huge huge sell-off when those folks realize that buying back in wasn't such a great idea and they begin to bail on the secondary positions. It's a vicious cycle that many will endure to the dying end. For those that think there won't be gigantic class-action suits (if indeed it's uncovered there are assets to go after) to follow, they are just plain ignorant and should invest in mutual funds only.
