PTOI volume .. June & July 2019

i'm always intrigued when NR changes out patterns .. which was clearly done
effectively for both June & July 2019 .. still need confirmation via Finra's MM Monthly
(due out approx by 8.9.19) .. but July 2019 should go down now as the lowest volume month (445,451)
(currently) for PTOI in 2019 .. it actually looks like a mostly washed effort with June's volume of 491,063

of course .. we also know that a long's GTC @ 025 bid .. pulled off 150000 of that 445,451
that is 55.55% of the *volume* in the back half of the month .. and 33.67% of July's (presumed) volume total

and i strongly suspect based on how *filled* .. NR (non retail) made one hell of a mistake .. but that input will be
for another post .. :)
