He can maintain them as long as he likes. Kim didn't come this far with us, to flip us off. Control will go through Kim as long as possible. I do think a RS has less to do with what happens to those shares than the uplist. Even then there are examples of control shares held by founders etc. Those shares that scaremongers focus on, are there to keep bad intent at bay, and it already has. Kim could have done anything he wanted all along after those super-shares where created. Certainly did not need the pretense of an uplist to go private, or anything else nefarious.
