In addition to SEC filings, I would be watching for PR's and share price increases. They have tipped their hat that they want to uplist, and you have to be able to move up. This WILL happen.

While KBLB has permission to spend 50M, that is a huge amount and I don't see an immediate need for that kind of cash. How do you spend 50M in Vietnam? Partner news? More financing? Licensing revs?
I look for delivery of the first spider silk production. Optimistic view....raw fiber in Aug, thread or fabric before Oct. Conservatively in Oct. Does medical want spooled fiber?
Impossible to meet demand for many years. My guess is that they have 200 - 400 kilos right now, and this depends on sample amounts being sent out. Pricing should be interesting, and if they have product on shelves by Dec, or a partner announces an expectation to have product on shelves in Dec...... when that PR occurs, Wow!
Very soon now KBLB isn't going to be the only ones PR'ing forward looking statements and expectations.
