I am going to rewrite this, after reviewing my own post discovered some flaws with it, so here you again


I really don't know what it will do, but I do believe someone is buying them in the open market, it's not all IHUB money, it is some other group. Apparently, this board to some degree has or had up till today some nervous nellies. The 8k should say they signed the definitive agreement to close on such and such date or before. That would provide enough catalyst to drive the stock up even with some dilution, the facts I like about this stock beside the massive potential of tech is the dilution is controlled price action, they are not looking to depress the price that significantly, I would also venture to say, the price with even dilution could get to as high 3 cents just with that catalyst alone.
