People picking one little thing and this little thing out of the very complicated legal jargon which is hard to understand. Plain and simple it stops a buyout of the company at anything other than a fair f]price, but they will prey on the ignorant because they can.
Its like AVMXY when just before it started it ascent with no turning back they were posting out it would be diluted and stock was going to .01 know how that ended, how one can say this is a negative and furthermore for someone to believe it is from what they say is beyond me, people should have to pass a course before being able to trade on their own.
Have seen a few posts across the net saying Cross River and all institutions would now be dumping their stock because it was going to 1/5000th of a penny, and people are naive.
One guy even tried to tell me there was 3000 legacy skus on the website in clearance? Like he is going to be able to BS me of all people.
Will always be a clearance section on every companies site, its a great tool, but saying they are legacy items is a pile of BS, somewhere north of 500 skus are and I will do a detailed count this weekend going through every item one by one.
Gonna try and tell me maybe a million of its been sold LOL.
