I guess I have to spell it out a little clearer for you. What I said was:

"They have become much more conservative and issuing a lot of "approvables". If you are not familiar with that term, it is not good."

Ok, here it is. "approvable" is not a good response from the FDA.

For some investors in this stock, success may come from good due diligence and taking calculated risks but in at least one case, it may be a matter of sheer luck.
