Andiamo Corporation Signs Dealer Agreement with FUBU Mobile

LANSING, MI, May 23, 2019 – Andiamo Corporation (OTC PINK: ANDI), a Wyoming
holding company, is pleased to announce the signing of a Dealer Agreement with FUBU Mobile.

This Agreement will give the Company’s newest division, ANDI Mobile, the ability to sell
FUBU Mobile’s Nationwide Cellular Service. A unique feature of a number of their plans is they
come with “Starz© on us” where customers get Starz© programming at no extra charge with
their chosen cellular and data service.
