The acquisition of properties has been well-known for days ever since Knowles mentioned it in his interview days ago.

What hasnt been mentioned is the exact source of the funding, its terms as well as if there were any share issuances in relation to the acquisitions. Also if there were any share issuances provided to Mr. Knowles as payment for services rendered.

Lots of missing pieces to this puzzle but hopefully some of the mystery will be unveiled
