Given the pressure on the FDA to create a more immediate path for CBD products, this route might simply take too long. But there is a way that the FDA can fulfill its public-health obligations and meet the political demand for these goods: It can approve the sale of some CBD products immediately, while effecting a framework for their safe and proper regulation and a pathway for an enforceable market for these goods.

If “some” products = THC-Free Pure CBD products, then only THC-Free CBD Isolate products would become nationally legal overnight

CANB uses THC-Free Pure CBD Isolate in all of their CBD Oil products, so their entire lineup of products would get the green light to sell nationally

Given the fact that they are the only publicly traded company in America whose entire lineup is composed of THC-Free Pure CBD Isolate (Charlotte’s Web, CV Sciences and the others make Full Spectrum CBD Oil products containing .3% THC), CANB would become a monopoly stock and all investors who want exposure to “FDA Legal” CBD Oil products approved for national sales would have only 1 choice — CANB
