Fwiw, If i understand the K&J Funds Agreement, plugging in the historical (10) day data since the initial July18 effective date, it spits out the potential for KJ to buy 11.5m shares (200% x 10 day volume average) @.0089 share price. (average of 3 day low prices during the 10 day period @15% discount)

Doesn't necessarily mean KJ participates in the July18-30 period, but imo crazy not to take advantage of the best case scenario providing max purchase at .0089 ...approx $102k..
