Ontario chooes a company fromm the Capital Pool on the
TSXV or CSE. That pool company then sends a public pr
intending to aquire Ontario.
The pool company is then halted until all procedures are followed
as per Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies.
At some point PCTL will be halted . they can close the JV but
there will be no trading during the uplisting process in Canada.
