Not sure what the hold up is, even for a 3rd tier firm, like AGP. The analyst report should have come out by now, regardless of viewpoint, buy, hold, sell or derivation thereof.

Despite laws requiring a Chinese wall between equity research and corporate finance, reality is, when a firm scores a nice payday, the analyst is aware of the inner workings of a company from the beginning.

No reason why the AGP analyst has not issued his/her initial report. Afterall, if he uncovers a hidden gem, it only enhances his creds with Wall Street and institutional investors, which enhances his financial worth.
