Maybe, but not before a considerable pop in price. They will ease off dilution until they see where the price runs to in order to get the most benefit before going back to selling... IF they need to continue. Seems like they have about $3mm from it so far, might not need much more.
Either way, it runs hard when fins come. After that, it's anyone's guess.
