New CUSIP gets a clearing house to physically account for shares. Any short must cover, @ 100%.

That has already been announced it's gonna happen, I'm willing to guess it will be somewhere in the 10k.. that's coming within 15 days (so lock in on GTC $20+ & wait 15 days).
