Is this January 1, 2007 or December 31, 2007 or somewhere in between."

As stock jock stated, it could be anywhere in between but looking back at Erthang's interview of Moro, he stated that royalties were close. That was Feb 25th. From that statement, I just don't see Dec 31 as being close. That would just be short of 2 years. It has to be closer and the logical date IMO would be March 29th, the anniversary of the deal. That would only be 13 months and could be considered "close". The only other close date would be Jan 1st. That would put it past the 90 day notification for a product return and with leaks as this stock has shown before, you would not be able to touch this stock for 70 cents.
