that concerns me they will not put an explenation and here is why, anything against petar will bounce back on them, did you not notice in Steves Pr this is what he said "Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. in no way endorses the allegations made against Petar Vucicevich, and we are thankful for the work that Mr. Vucicevich has done for our organization." Steve Sulja stated." As I said anything implicating Petar will implicate them as well, takes two to tango so they aint going to explain anything like you want to hear, they hoping this will just wither away and will be forgotten and back to buisness as usual. Steve if he has audited financials needs to release them, obviousely they may have them but maybe what is in them was not on the up and up? IMO I dont know for sure but at this point you wonder what Petar did or didnt do, let alone Steve being the director he must have known what is going on on daily bases its his buisness for gods sake. I think management know they are in heep of trouble and they are just figuring best way to adress the situation with shareholders, worst senario they go private I dont know if they can do this and get away with it leaving all the investors burried under there dealings here.

I dont know this is all my opinion.
