Yet you said as of 12/31 in your initial post. So you meant 12/31/18. As of that date insiders owned 45 mil shares.
As of now if you would simply read the current form 4’s you would see that insiders and restricted shares total roughly 265 mil. You will also realize that none of them are 10% owners as the A/S is 1.5 billion currently and the O/S is anyone’s guess as the TA is gagged. As of May the O/S was about 1,040,000,000 again there are no 10% owners according to the form 4’s.
Even the Longs on here will agree that insiders own about 265 mil shares. Total up the current form 4’s of the people who are actually still here and not from back in 2017 lol. I mean really it’s not that hard to figure out
