Big delay on the lawsuit. Apple filed an IPR with the PTAB on 7/22. They had a year from when they were served with the lawsuit to file the IPR and they waited exactly 1 year.
The lawsuit is now stayed pending the outcome of the IPR. The PTAB has 3 months to decide if they will institute and they have up to a year to make a final decision if instituted.
